Aurora Electronics Inc.: The Irvine provider of computer spare parts and electronics recycling said it lost $7.2 million, or $1.14 a share, for the second quarter of fiscal 1996, which included one-time charges totaling $6.6 million related to its recently completed recapitalization. For the like period a year ago, the company reported profit of $249,000, or 3 cents a share. Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 declined 25% to $28.3 million from $37.7 million, due to the elimination of a division during fiscal 1995.

For the first half, the company lost $7.1 million, or 87 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $1.1 million, or 14 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue dropped 23% to $58.2 million from $75.5 million.
