Builder Hits Top Spot

The Del Webb Corp. announced that it has completed construction of its 50,000th home for active adults, making it the nation’s leader in providing new homes for people 55 and older. The home is at Sun City Palm Desert. The company’s first community, Sun City, near Phoenix, opened in 1960.
