The number of consumer complaints about airline service dropped from 6,945 in 1994 to 6,026 in 1995. Below are the 20 U.S. airlines that received the most complaints (about flight problems, bumping, ticketing and boarding, fares, refunds baggage, customer service, smoking, advertising, credit and tours) and the number of passengers each carried.
