. . . Newport Beach developer Lori Warmington launched a drive to promote drug-free graduation night parties at Orange County high schools.
Students at all-night festivities would not be allowed to leave until morning. “Graduation night, the California Highway Patrol has told me, is the most dangerous and volatile night,” she said.
