TEHACHAPI--Native American cultures from around the country are seen at the Tehachapi Indian Pow Wow, June 21-23 at the Summit of Tehachapi. SANTA BARBARA--Famous for its free-spirited revelry, the Summer Solstice Celebration once again fills downtown, June 22-23. Centerpiece of the 22nd annual event is the noon parade Saturday on State Street. A festival follows in Alameda Park, 1-5 p.m., with evening events in the County Courthouse Sunken Garden. On Sunday in the garden, a celebration for kids includes a concert by the Santa Barbara Symphony’s “Tiny Tots.” All events free. (805) 965-3396.
