2 Positions Filled on Planning Board
After three months of interviewing candidates for two open seats on the Planning Commission, the City Council has reappointed members Joan Johnson and Mark Handler.
Johnson, who joined the panel in 1991 to complete an unexpired term and was reappointed in 1992, will serve another four years. Handler, appointed last year, also will serve four years.
