Pinnacle Micro Seeking Overseas Financing

Pinnacle Micro Inc., which is in default on a $5-million line of credit with Bank of America, said Wednesday it is seeking to arrange overseas financing.

The ailing company, which makes optical data storage devices, plans to place $15 million in debentures that will be convertible into the company’s common stock at various times.
