L.L. Knickerbocker Co. said Friday that it has acquired three companies that would more than double its revenue.

The company, which sells celebrity dolls and other knickknacks, acquired Krasner Group Inc., Grant King International Co. and S.L.S. Trading Co. Knickerbocker, which reported revenue of about $13 million last year, said it expects the acquisitions to add about $20 million annually to its business.

Krasner, of Providence, R.I., is a privately held maker of costume jewelry with annual sales of more than $10 million. Knickerbocker did not disclose financial details of the cash-and-stock transaction. Under the agreement, Krasner will become a unit of Knickerbocker, while founder Martin Krasner will be president of the unit.
