Refugees Returned to Cuba

MIAMI —
Six Cuban refugees picked up off the Florida Keys were returned to Cuba on Friday, the U.S. Coast Guard said. The refugees were among seven spotted on a 14-foot sailboat about 35 miles southeast of Marathon on Tuesday, the Coast Guard said. The seventh was turned over to the Immigration and Naturalization Service in Key West.
