Supervisors Seek Input on Proposed Budget
Ventura County supervisors have scheduled a daylong public hearing Monday on the county’s proposed $846-million spending plan for the new fiscal year, which begins July 1.
The hearings will begin at 9 a.m. at the Ventura County Government Center, 800 S. Victoria Ave., in Ventura. They will recess at 4:30 p.m. and reconvene at 6:30 p.m. for public testimony.
Supervisors will hold hearings throughout the week until a final budget is adopted.
