Months after the arrest of a teenager accused of gaining access to messages from U.S. agents in North Korea, British police have charged a second man with hacking into U.S. military computers. Mathew Bevan, a 21-year-old information technology technician from Wales, has been charged with conspiracy to gain unauthorized access to computers and conspiracy to cause unauthorized modification to computers.
