Pacific Gulf Buys $2.9-Million Business Park

Pacific Gulf Properties Inc. said Tuesday that it has acquired San Marcos Commerce Center, a fully occupied business park in San Diego County, for $2.9 million. Pacific Gulf is a real estate investment trust.
