Bautista to Have Surgery on Nose

Atlanta Brave outfielder Danny Bautista, who was hit in the face with a pitch Thursday night, will undergo surgery today to repair his broken nose and the bone around his left eye. . . . New York Met first baseman Rico Brogna is scheduled to undergo arthroscopic surgery Monday on his right shoulder, and may sit out the rest of the season. . . .
