The fireworks will explode across the county tonight as cities from Ojai to Thousand Oaks stage shows. Also look for parades, barbecues, craft fairs, pie-eating contests, sailboat races and concerts to commemorate the nation’s 220th birthday today.

CAMARILLO

Freedom Park at Camarillo Airport, Pleasant Valley Road
