Taking a Wrong Turn at Leisure World
In a June 25 article, a commuter pointed out that the Leisure World globe was turning the wrong direction for the sun to rise in the east and set in the west.
It seems to me, however, that the globe was designed to turn the direction of the letters affixed to it.
The English language is read left to right, not right to left. The Leisure World sign now reads backward.
