Heritage Falls in Cascades Park

The waterfall, a series of cascading tiered pools, is lined with imported European tile along its entire 200-feet length. It is sandwiched between ribbons of grassy islands that connect it to Jardin El Encanto, a 1928 Spanish-style building and Monterey Park’s cultural centerpiece.
