It’s good to hear that Penelope Spheeris wants to make another “Decline of Western Civilization” music documentary (Pop Eye, July 7). Darby Crash, who is immortalized in the first, still makes a lot of people allegedly on the cutting edge look awfully sorry, if you ask me. Darby lives, the Germs never die.
