Perhaps one of the reasons that potential theatergoers in Los Angeles feel that their theatrical opportunities are not worth the inflated parking fees is the academic double-talk inherent in Jan Breslauer’s failed attempt to introduce us to and excite us about “Changes of Heart,” the next production at the Taper (“Staying True to Form,” July 21).
