Trimedyne Inc.: The Irvine medical laser company said it lost $1.2 million, or 11 cents a share, for the fiscal third quarter, compared with a net loss of $852,000, or 9 cents a share, for the year-ago quarter. Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 declined 3% to $3.4 million from $3.5 million. For the first nine months of the current fiscal year, the net loss totaled $3 million, or 31 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $2.9 million, or 31 cents a share, for the first nine months of the prior year. Revenue dropped 5% to $9.3 million from $9.8 million.
