One day after a 39-year-old woman was raped and robbed in Oxnard, police on Wednesday were offering a reward up to $1,000 to anyone with information leading to the arrest of the suspects.

Police said the woman was returning to her car in the Sav-On Drugs parking lot at 5th Street and Ventura Road at about 6:15 p.m. Tuesday when three men forced her into her vehicle and drove south toward the beach.

The men stopped near the beach and raped the woman before taking her jewelry and an undisclosed amount of cash, police said. Police said the men then drove to a parking lot near the Casbah restaurant at 5th Street and Ventura Road and abandoned the woman in her car before fleeing at about 8 p.m.
