Three people, including two Santa Paula men, received minor injuries Tuesday after their car blew a tire on California 126, careened down a 20-foot embankment and landed on its roof, authorities said.
Juan Carlos Salano, 26, of Pacoima and his two passengers, Tirso Hinojosa, 16, and Magadaleno Hinojosa, 54, both of Santa Paula, were treated for cuts and bruises at area hospitals, said California Highway Patrol Officer Dave Wigton.
Firefighters were called to the scene of the 12:25 p.m. accident near Briggs Road to pry the men from the car, which landed about 50 feet from the freeway.
