Police are trying to identify a body that was found wrapped in a white felt blanket and dumped in a parking lot, Lt. John Woods said Monday.
The body was found 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the 11500 block of Salinaz Drive, he said. The Orange County coroner’s office is investigating the cause of death.
The victim was identified as a male Latino in his mid-20s, 5 feet 5 inches, 130 to 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
His front teeth were capped in silver and he was wearing a white T-shirt, jeans and tan work boots. He had white paint on his hands, arms and clothes.
Anyone with information is asked to call investigator Elaine Barr at (714) 741-5815.
