ARV Assisted Living Buys Facility
COSTA MESA —
ARV Assisted Living said Thursday it has completed the purchase of a 120-unit residential facility in Sterling Heights, Mich. The property was acquired for $9.4 million and is 100% occupied.
The nationwide operator of living facilities for the frail elderly said it plans to add services at the Michigan facility that will help seniors with daily living activities.
