Psych-Out (TMC Friday at 7:30 p.m.) Hippies and runaways in the high summer of Haight-Ashbery. The director, Richard Rush (“The Stunt Man”), and the cast (Susan Strasberg, Jack Nicholson, Dean Stockwell and Bruce Dern) lead you to expect something hipper; this is basically a cautionary 1986 tale for voyeurs, albeit sympathetic.
