Susan Frank has been named executive vice president of marketing and promotion for Fox Kids Networks Worldwide. Frank had been senior vice president at Hanna-Barbera Cartoons Inc.

* Dennis Brown has been appointed vice president of production for ABC Pictures.
* Bradford W. Smith and Andrew Gunn have joined Great Oaks Entertainment, where they will help in acquiring and developing feature film properties with partners John Hughes and Ricardo Mestres.
* Bob Catania has been named director of promotion at Geffen Records.
* Jeffrey Harleston has been promoted to vice president of business and legal affairs at MCA Music Entertainment Group.
* Trevor Bowen has been named financial director of Principle Management, which handles the careers of such rock acts as U2.
* Former network executive and independent producer Josh Kane has been named East Coast vice president of programs by MTM Television.
