ACT Networks Inc. of Camarillo has received new orders from Comsat do Brazil, worth approximately $2 million.
The products, to be shipped by the end of the year, will be used by Comsat to provide integrated satellite network services to several large customers.
“We are pleased with the success that Comsat, a new selling partner of ACT, is accomplishing in Brazil,” said Martin Shum, ACT’s chairman and chief executive officer. “We believe Comsat’s success is evidence of the growing demand for advanced satellite-based, frame-relay network solutions for businesses around the world.”
