Semiconductor supplier Microsemi Corp. said Monday it will acquire certain product lines from National Semiconductor Corp. and SGS Thomson Microelectronics Inc. of Montgomery, Pa., for an undisclosed amount.

Microsemi said it will acquire a portion of Thomson’s Radio Frequency Semiconductor business, including manufacturing equipment, a 20,000-square-foot facility, 30 employees and the rights to manufacture a select group of radio frequency products.

In addition, the company said it will acquire part of National Semiconductor’s military product line, which includes manufacturing equipment, inventories and product-related rights. Microsemi had previously been under contract to assemble and screen products for San Jose-based National Semiconductor.
