Three D Departments Inc.: The operator of 23 stores selling home textiles, decorative housewares and decorative accessories reported a net loss of $975,141, or 40 cents a share, for the fiscal year ended Aug. 3, which included a gain of $310,427 from an accounting change. That compares with a net loss of $527,628, or 21 cents a share, for the prior year. Sales were down 4% to $47.9 million from $50 million. For the fourth quarter, the company lost $949,212, or 39 cents a share, was recorded, compared with a net loss of $645,781, or 26 cents a share, for the corresponding period a year ago. Sales declined 5% to $11.4 million from $12 million.
