Endocare Inc.: The Irvine manufacturer of medical devices said it lost $286,262, or 5 cents a share, for the third quarter. That compares with a net loss of $109,500 for the prior-year period, when Endocare was a wholly owned unit of Medstone International Inc. Revenue advanced to $639,073 from $268,494. Endocare posted a net loss of $1.3 million, or 22 cents a share, for the first three quarters of 1996, compared with a net loss of $382,237 for the corresponding period last year. Revenue increased 48% to $1.4 million from $964,482.
