Johnson & Johnson May Lose HIV-Test Business: The company said a judge upheld an arbitrator’s ruling to hand control of its HIV home-testing business back to a former executive. The decision means the company may have to return the Confide at-home HIV test to former executive Elliott Millenson, who founded the business. The kit offers people a way to test for HIV, the virus that causes AIDS, at home. New Brunswick, N.J.-based J&J; can appeal the decision.
