City Sets the Price to Own Seat From Stadium at $43
The city has set the price for seats being removed from Anaheim Stadium for renovation: $43 each.
More than 800 people have made inquiries about buying the seats, city officials said this week.
The price includes removal and a proof of authenticity for each seat. The cost is reduced for those who buy in quantity. For instance, two seats will go for $70, or $35 each. And the cost falls to $17 apiece for those who purchase large blocks of seats.
All seats will be sold “as is” and will include the seat bottom and seat back. The seats are not free-standing and must be mounted on solid supports.
The city also cannot accommodate requests for a specific seat or row number, officials said. Purchases must be picked up at Anaheim Stadium.
Seat orders may be brought to the box office at Anaheim Convention Center, 800 W. Katella Ave., between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays. Or orders can be mailed with payment to Anaheim Stadium Seats, P.O. Box 8720, Anaheim, CA 92812-8720.
