Robinson Angry With Scheduling

After playing the Mighty Ducks tonight at the Pond of Anaheim, the Kings won’t play until Thursday against the Toronto Maple Leafs at the Forum.

“Something has to be done about the scheduling,” Coach Larry Robinson said of the first six weeks of the season, which included three trips to the East Coast. “Having [five] days off now doesn’t make sense.”

The Kings, currently in a stretch of three games in 12 days, are 3-4-2 on the road.
