Councilwoman Collapses at Meeting
YORBA LINDA —
Councilwoman Barbara W. Kiley collapsed during a city meeting Tuesday evening and was taken to a hospital.
Kiley, 49, was reported conscious and in stable condition with further examination pending Tuesday night in the emergency room at St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, a nursing supervisor said.
Kiley is awaiting final results of a tight Nov. 5 election that left her a few votes behind Robert L. Meador. The final vote tally is expected by next week.
