Design for Auto Row Available for Review
A new design plan to improve the look of Auto Row is now available at the city’s Development Services Department.
Set for a public hearing before the Planning Commission on Jan. 8, the plan pulls together various landscape and design themes to make the auto dealerships on Manchester Boulevard more alluring to motorists passing by on the Santa Ana Freeway, officials said.
The plan calls for a new freeway offramp, improved left-turn lanes, distinctive signage and enhanced sidewalks and crosswalks.
The plan can be seen at City Hall, Development Services, 6650 Beach Blvd.
