* Why is that people find it “unusual” and “illegal” that doctors at UCLA-Olive View Medical Center operated on a 2-week-old chimpanzee (Nov. 21), yet find it perfectly acceptable that medical students are required to operate on healthy animals before they are permitted to practice human medicine?
