PICK YOUR SHTICK

The profile of the Sunset Boulevard Car Wash (“Sez You,” by Darrell Satzman, Oct. 27) is typical Westside myopia. Arthur’s Restaurant in Downey, to cite one such establishment, has been doing the same shtick much longer and, to judge from the examples in the article, with much more humorous results.
