Boutique to Help Kids With Holiday Gifts

A holiday sale designed primarily to help children with their Christmas shopping will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the La Palma Community Center, 7821 Walker St.

The 15th annual Santa’s Workshop Holiday Boutique is sponsored by the city’s Recreation and Community Services Department. Gift items will be on sale, and Mrs. Claus’ Tea Shoppe will sell adults coffee and baked goods.

“Santa’s Workshop includes many special features, including Santa’s elves assisting children with holiday gift selections and free gift wrapping,” said a recreation department spokesman. There also will be a special mailbox for letters to Santa.
