Teen Fatally Shot in Fast-Food Parking Lot
WESTMINSTER —
A 17-year-old boy was mortally wounded Monday night in a parking lot shooting, police said.
The boy was shot multiple times just after 7 p.m. in the parking lot of a McDonald’s restaurant at 7112 Westminster Ave., and several attackers fled on foot, Westminster Police Lt. Bill Lewis said. The victim died at Columbia Huntington Beach Hospital and Medical Center.
No suspects were in custody Monday night, and the name of the youth was not released pending notification of relatives.
