The Waves, tied for last place in the WCC with Loyola Marymount, have lost three games in a row and six of seven and are on pace to reach 20 losses for the first time since the 1965-66 season. Pepperdine committed a season-high 27 turnovers Sunday in a 65-53 loss at Santa Clara, which has won five of its last six. Bronco guard Marlon Garnett leads the WCC in scoring with an 18.4 average; Wave center Bryan Hill is the leading rebounder at 8.3.
