Gregory W. Herring has become a partner at the Ventura law firm of Ferguson, Case, Orr, Paterson & Cunningham. Herring’s practice includes business, employment and real estate litigation.
Before joining the firm in 1993, Herring was an associate with the Los Angeles law firm of Lord, Bissell & Brook, where he litigated claims for Lloyds of London.
* Rosalynn Burdzinski has been named assistant vice president at Los Robles Bank. She is responsible for developing the bank’s “Business Manager” loan program throughout Ventura County, which provides immediate cash to companies to pay for their receivables.
Burdzinski joined Los Robles Bank a year ago. She has more than 16 years experience in commercial lending and business development.
* John Williamson has been named director of admission at Ojai Valley School. He served as associate director for five years.
* Mike Stenson was named to the new position of executive vice presient at Touchstone Pictures in Burbank. Previously, Stenson was senior vice president of prodution at Hollywood Pictures.
