Tickets to the Davis Cup tennis matches April 4-6 at the Palisades Tennis Club in Newport Beach go on sale to the general public Tuesday after a press conference at the club, during which event promoter Russ Cline and U.S. team captain Tom Gullikson will announce members of the U.S. team that will face the Netherlands in the quarterfinals.

Tickets will be available through Ticketmaster at four price levels and sold as three-day packages only. Prices will range from $90 for three days to $1,500 for a box of four seats for three days.

The Palisades Tennis Club seats 5,000, and owner Ken Stuart reported more than 2,000 tickets have already been sold by special arrangement to club members. U.S. Tennis Assn. officials will donate 600 tickets to youth tennis in Southern California.
