Woman Shot

I applaud and respect the woman shot in the stomach for trying to do something about graffiti crime (“Woman Shot in Stomach After Honking at Graffiti Vandals,” Feb. 19). My best goes out to her in regard to her physical and emotional recovery.

I hope the monster who shot her is caught and gets a long sentence. I also hope more people will take action when they see crime and not let this incident deter them. Just do it in a safe way.
