Fluor Selling Bonds

IRVINE — Fluor Corp., which recently filed an open registration for up to $400 million in corporate bonds, said Tuesday that it has priced $300 million worth of 10-year notes to yield 7.013% interest. Goldman Sachs & Co. is lead manager of the offering. Fluor, an international engineering and construction services company, said it will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.
