Story Was Fine, but . . .

The front page article about Michael Flatley by Patrick Pacheco was well written and very informative (“From the Chieftains to Dance ‘Lord,’ ” March 26), but there was one error. Pacheco wrote that Flatley partnered with Jean Butler in a Eurovision dance contest. The Eurovision is actually a song contest. The piece that Michael and Jean danced was a piece specially commissioned for the interval between the performing of the songs and the totaling of the votes. The rest, as they say, “is history.”
