Marvel Entertainment Inc., involved in a tempestuous battle with financier Carl Icahn, reported a fourth-quarter loss of $436.5 million, or $4.29 a share, compared with a year-earlier loss of $58.5 million, or 58 cents. . . . General Motors Corp. said the United Auto Workers ratified an agreement that ends a 13-day strike at the company’s pickup truck plant in Fort Wayne, Ind. . . . Tandy Corp. received $65 million in cash and notes for the six Incredible Universe stores it sold to Fremont-based Fry’s Electronics Inc. in December, according to the company’s annual report. The electronics retailer, which operates Radio Shack and Computer City chains, didn’t disclose the sales price when it announced that it would shutter the 17-store chain in late December.
