Comprehensive Care Corp. said Tuesday it has received a two-year, $38-million contract to provide behavioral health benefits to PCA Health Plans of Puerto Rico under the Puerto Rican government’s “Reforma” program to provide expanded health benefits to its citizens.

The award boosts CompCare’s total managed care revenue by about 53% and will add about 35 employees in Costa Rica, the company said.
