Classes designed to improve three vocational skills are offered this spring through the Coastline Regional Occupational Program.
The three courses beginning April 14, grocery cashiering, computer-graphics design and WordPerfect for Windows, are available on a first-come, first-serve basis to high school students age 16 and older and adults within the five school districts the program serves.
The districts are Huntington Beach Union High, Irvine Unified, Newport-Mesa Unified, Saddleback Valley Unified and Tustin Unified. Registration is $40.
Adults can register at the CROP office, 1001 Presidio Square in Costa Mesa, on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. High school students can register at their campuses.
CROP is a career-preparation system that is part of the five school districts that extend from Mission Viejo to Westminster.
