Limited Inc. said it’s reviewing industry charges that the retailer illegally brought Chinese-made garments into the United States. The Columbus, Ohio-based company said it’s awaiting receipt of the complaint from the American Textile Manufacturers Assn., which it called a serious matter. . . . Sears Roebuck & Co. agreed to sell a 60% stake in its Sears Mexico unit to Grupo Carso, a Mexican conglomerate, for $103 million. The giant retailer will keep a 15% stake in the unit, which retains a five-year license to the Sears Mexico name. . . . West Virginia can pursue two of 14 claims in its health-related lawsuit against tobacco companies, a judge ruled. Inc. said it acquired Walking magazine from Cowles Media Co. for undisclosed terms.
