Bob Kuperman was named president and chief executive of TBWA Chiat/Day-North America, a new position, overseeing agency operations in Los Angeles, St. Louis, Toronto and New York, where the agency is based. Kuperman previously served as president of the L.A. office, the agency’s largest. Replacing him in L.A. are account managers Steve Goldman and John Truscott, who were named joint managing directors. . . . Boeing Co. named Jim Albaugh president of Canoga Park-based Rocketdyne, which builds rocket engines and other space-related propulsion systems. . . . El Segundo-based DeCrane Aircraft Holdings Inc. announced an initial public offering of 2.8 million shares of stock for $12 per share. . . . San Diego-based Van Camp Seafood Co., which sells Chicken of the Sea tuna, said it will be acquired for $92 million by Tri-Union Seafoods.
