Share

Opponent--Sacramento Kings.

Site--Forum.

Time--7:30.

TV--Fox Sports West.

Radio--KLAC (570), KWKW (1330).

Records--Lakers 54-25, Kings 33-46.

Record vs. Kings--3-0.

Laker update--Elden Campbell, out the last two games and five of seven because of a bruised buttock, has been running much better and is expected to play tonight. This comes as the Lakers go from a three-day layoff to finishing the regular season with three games in four days. The break is that they have to leave town for only one of them, Sunday afternoon at Portland, because the first two are tonight in the home finale and Friday against the Clippers at the Sports Arena.

King update--Former Laker Eddie Jordan comes to the Forum for the first time as a coach. He is 5-7 since replacing Garry St. Jean on an interim basis. The success story of the final weeks has been Bobby Hurley, who went from being a lottery pick to surviving a near-fatal car accident to disappearing from the rotation. He has become the starting point guard under Jordan.
